Does Barack “Barry Soetero” Hussein Obama Suffer from Victim Mentality?

With a name like that, who wouldn’t? But seriously, Dr. Keith Ablow, psychiatrist and frequent talking head on Fox News, does think the man-child in the Oval Office suffers from “victim mentality” and that this fact explains much about Mr. Obama’s irrational behavior.

President Obama’s rhetoric is finally coming closer to what appears to be his psychological truth:  Because America victimized him and countless millions of others, any person or party or movement that opposes his views and does not yield to him is not just his adversary, but abusive, predatory and even threatening.

The Doctor goes on to explain that much of the President’s bombastic name cling when referring to the Republicans in Congress is something to be expected from someone who believes he is a victim.

It is exceedingly difficult to come to terms with a person who sees you as his oppressor, his kidnapper, and someone terrorizing him who might well destroy him. You aren’t likely to consider whether your assailant and jailer and would-be killer has a few good ideas, after all.

Dr. Ablow tells us that Obama probably sees himself as a victim because, as a child, he was helpless to stop his father from abandoning him, and helpless to stop his mother from leaving him with his grandparents to raise, and helpless to stop his white grandmother from communicating her fear of black people, ( I don’t know where the good doctor got that last bit, but let’s assume it’s true.)

Obama’s story really pulls a your heart-strings, right? Much of Barack Obama’s life is sealed under court order. But, we know that from the time he went to live with his grandparents in Hawaii, that everything was pretty much handed to him on a silver platter. Right up to the Presidency of the United States of America. I guess as a “victim” he has convinced himself that he deserved it all and probably believes he got there all on his own abilities. Of course, he keeps people around him who feed his delusion. (Think Valerie Jarrett.)

Dr. Ablow has much more to say that I think you will find interesting. Like why Obama identified so much with Treyvon Martin. But, the Doctor wrapped up his article with this:

If he sees himself as having been taken hostage by kidnappers who want to blow him up, it is too much to expect him to hear any truths these “kidnappers” might want to share.

Victims aren’t expected to lead.  They expect to be rescued.

That would seem to be our problem as a nation right now.

Boy! We really know how to pick our presidents, don’t we? How did we elect a man twice who sees us as his enemies?

I’ve been told by people who know me well that, although I am a tad “rough around the edges”, I do have a soft heart. I think that is a fair description of me. But, I don’t find myself wanting to pat little Barry on the head and tell him everything will be all right. I do have the urge to slap that smirk off of his face and blister his butt until he learns to treat all people with the same respect that he believes he so richly deserves.

Well, that’s what I’m thinking. What are your thoughts?

  1. In my opinion he has a chip on his shoulder larger than Hawaii. He feels that everyone owes him. He also feels that he is the “Smartest person in the room” and anyone who disagrees with him is stupid or racist.

In other words, he’s a typical Democrat.

  2. I had caught the article earlier. Charles krauthammer believes in an equal amount of pathology. Either way, they become extremely dangerous when they decompensate, and I can’t believe that the Syrian event didn’t put him close to the edge.

  3. Very interesting. The bit about the grandmother comes from “his” first book, I believe. His elderly grandmother was frightened at the sight of a black homeless man At a bus stop. Like everything else in Dreams from My Futher this incident should be taken with a grain do salt. It’s probably a composite elderly white woman. Nevertheless it’s interesting that he signed off on saying something like that about the woman who raised him.

  4. There is no doubt in my mind that Obama believes he was a victim of some sorts and now he is seeking retribution. The same goes for his wife; who can forget the “for the first time in my life I am proud of my country” comment? What is this if it is not the statement from a person who feels she is a victim?

  5. Upon his refusal to leave the Peep’s House on January 20th, 2017 going unchallenged he just might lose that chip. I just don’t get it, here he is the very first president to marry a black women, nobody says poop about it and still he feels aggrieved and mistreated; even after his former slaveowners voted him into office, twice!!

      1. Isn’t it historical fact that our African American brothers were first and most brutally enslaved and then sold by their African American ancestors in their African homeland? No wonder Chackabama has disowned his birth nation.
