All Federal Judges In A District Recused From Case? 34 Million Green Cards?

Asylum Watch has some good news and some bad news to share with you on the lawless Obama administration. The good news is that at least one federal judge in northern California does not agree that Eric Holders’ “means” justify Eric Holder’s “ends”. The bad news is that it appears President Obama is quietly preparing 34 million Green Cards for his illegal immigrant buddies and future Democratic Party voters.

Chief Judge Orders Recusal of all Eastern District Judges

Chief Judge ordered recusal  of all the Eastern District judges from United States District Court for the Eastern District of California on the DOJ’s case against Sierra Pacific Industries. From the New York Observer, we learn:

In an extraordinary development, Judge England, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, ordered the recusal of all the Eastern District judges from the case because of serious allegations that the Court itself was defrauded by the government in the original prosecution. To avoid any appearance of partiality, he has referred the case to Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski to appoint a judge from outside the Eastern District to handle the case going forward. Judge Kozinski has excoriated prosecutors for failing to meet their legal and ethical obligations.

Sierra Pacific was accused and found guilty of causing a forest fire in northern California in 2007 and was order to pay a $55 million settlement. Now, after receiving information from two former prosecutors on the case who quit in disgust over their boss’s unethical orders, Judge England now says the Court was defrauded by the governments prosecutors. Among other things, the prosecutors are said to have prepared their witnesses to lie and allowed them to lie repeatedly and the suppression of evidence, as well as, the preparation of false evidence.

The Sacramento Bee reported on the Defendant’s filing. Indeed, the Defendants’ motion informs us that a former Assistant United States Attorney came forward and disclosed that he believes that he was removed from the original prosecution by “his boss, David Shelledy, chief of the civil division in the United States Attorney’s office,” because he “rebuffed” pressure to “engage in unethical conduct as a lawyer.” Of course, like other former prosecutors who were unethical, Mr. Shelledy is to receive Attorney General Holder’s highest award for excellence—this week.

Well, of course, Mr. Sheledy should receive an award for excellence. He did, after all, carry out Eric Holder’s dirty work.

Obama Orders 34 Million Blank Green Cards

From Doug Ross@Journal, we learn that President Obama plans to make use of his “pen” and his “phone” just as soon as the elections are over to put his plans for amnesty in action. He don’t need no @#%$*! Congress!

Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

{…}

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services plans to seek a vendor to produce as many as 34 million blank work permits and ‘green cards’ – the paperwork that authorizes illegal immigrants to live and work in the United States – as the White House prepares to issue an executive order after the Nov. 4 midterm elections.

…Former State Department foreign service officer Jessica Vaughan, now an immigration expert at the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart that the RFP ‘seems to indicate that the president is contemplating an enormous executive action that is even more expansive than the plan that Congress rejected in the ‘Gang of Eight’ bill.’

Goodbye America! Hello Banana Republic!

As usual, the good news does not compensate for the bad news.

Well, that’s what I’m thinking. What are your thoughts?

  1. The good news for American home owners is before too long you should be able to get your lawn cut for five dollars.
And for our soon to be brothers and sisters from America Del Sur y Centroamérica: Poco tiene que cortar el césped de América del Norte por cinco dólares

  2. One step forward, three steps backwards…
Eventually these people will be given voting rights and this is an attempt to turn Texas blue. If that happens the Republicans will never win another election.
